The 2023 presidential election outcome cases submitted before the presidential election petition tribunal have been adjourned until Wednesday, May 10.
“After a brief pre-hearing trial, the case was adjourned to Wednesday, May 10, 2023, at 2 p.m. prompt,” Kenneth Okonkwo, one of the spokespersons for the Labour Party, disclosed in a tweet on Monday.
Earlier today, Oweleke TV claimed that the presidential election petition tribunal commenced proceedings in Abuja on Monday.
The announcement of Bola Ahmed Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress (APC) as the winner of the February 25 presidential election is being contested by Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and Peter Obi of the Labour Party (LP).
