Anambra State Governor, Chukwuma Soludo, has officially enacted the 2025 Appropriation Bill, valued at N607 billion, into law.
The signing ceremony took place on Monday at the Governor’s Lodge in Awka, where Governor Soludo expressed optimism about the transformative potential of the budget for the state in the upcoming year.
“This action signifies Anambra’s readiness to embark on the implementation of the 2025 budget, starting from January 1, 2025,” Soludo remarked.

The governor emphasized the strategic importance of the budget, projecting it as a blueprint for accelerated development and growth across various sectors. According to him, the fiscal plan aligns with his administration’s vision of sustainable progress and a stronger economy for the state.

Governor Soludo reiterated his commitment to accountability and transparency, pledging that every naira allocated would be judiciously utilized to improve the quality of life for Anambra residents.
